How do I book a DreamTrip?

You go to your own website, login, click on the DreamTrip of your choice and then follow the prompts.

What can I expect once I have booked a DreamTrip?
Answer
You will receive two automated responses immediately informing you that we have received your request and a booking ID. Following that you will receive an email with the name and email address of the agent handling the trip. After the agent processes your booking you will receive an email confirmation indicating the amount in which your credit card has been charged, along with any instructions or information that the specialist feels you need to know immediately.

How will I be contacted?
Answer
You will be contacted by email as well as US mail. Please add worldventures.com and rovia.com as an approved domain in your spam blocker and/or monitor your spam folder in order to ensure receipt of our emails. Also, please provide correct and complete home address info upon new member enrollment and when registering for DreamTrips in order to assure notification is sent to the proper address. It is your responsibility to update Client Services of any changes to your contact information.

How many DreamTrips can I book?
Answer
You can only book one room or cabin per DreamTrip membership unless you have more than 2 children under 18 years. Then you can book more than one but you must have someone 18 years or older in the second room. You may book as many DreamTrips in a year as you wish!

Who other than members can go on the DreamTrips?
Answer
Your membership covers you plus one guest (spouse, significant other, roommate, friend, etc.) as well as your immediate family. Immediate family is defined as: children 18 and under living at home full time or 25 and under that are full time students and living at home full time.

What is the minimum age requirements to go on a DreamTrip?
Answer
Cruises require that you be 21 years old or older to have your own cabin. If you are not 21, then there must be a person 25 years old or older in that cabin along with you. On land packages you must be 18 years or older. Some Resort may require you to be older.

What is the maximum number of persons that can occupy a room or cabin?
Answer
Many hotels and cruise lines have a maximum occupancy of 4 guests per room. If you have more than 4 guests to your party (i.e. 2 adults and 3 children), a second room may be required and both rooms would be booked at the same rate. You may request adjoining rooms however there is no guarantee of the hotel or cruise line being able to accommodate the request.

Do I need travel insurance?
Answer
Travel insurance is highly recommended but it is not required. You can purchase travel insurance in your back office from a third party provider.

If i am a single traveler can I book the same as a double occupancy?

Due to the fact that all of the DreamTrips are based on double occupancy you may be required double the price. However, we can sometimes get a single occupancy rate. You need to contact the DreamTrip Specialist handling the DreamTrip to see if that is available.

Can a single traveler request to be placed in a room or cabin with another single traveler?

You will need to go to your back office and use the tool we created for you to find a room mate.

Are children free?
Answer
In many cases children 2 years and under are free. Most of our DreamTrips will indicate the cost, if any, of children. If you aren't sure after reading the information for the trip on our website, please contact the DreamTrip Specialist handling the trip.

If accommodations allow 4-6 persons, is the cost per person the same?

Not always, but contact the DreamTrip Specialist assigned to that DreamTrip for details.

What if I need to cancel a DreamTrip?

Canceling a DreamTrip will incur penalties in most cases. Please review the cancellation policy listed on the first page of your DreamTrip. The cancellation policy should also have been included in your confirmation email. If you are unclear, please contact your DreamTrip Specialist.

Are transfers included?
Answer
Transfers are not always included. Please read all of the details on your website for the DreamTrip before you sign up. If transfers are not included in your trip you can book them on your Rovia website.

Are port taxes and fuel surcharges included?
Answer
Port taxes and fuel charges are not included in the WorldVentures price per person. However, we must collect these fees as an additional charge upon payment. You may find the exact amounts for these charges on the specific DreamTrip tab on your website.

Can I add days to the beginning or end of a DreamTrip through WorldVentures or by using WorldVentures name?

In some cases you may add 2 days (only) at the front "or" end of the DreamTrip,based on availability. Consult the DreamTrip Specialist handling your trip.

When I book a cruise DreamTrip, when will I receive cruise documents?
Answer
You will receive a Booking ID upon booking the DreamTrip. You must save this for reference in printing our documents from the cruise line website. Wait for further instructions from the DreamTrip Specialist assigned to your trip. Most cruise lines have gone to e documents.

When booking a cruise DreamTrip you will receive your luggage tags at the pier.

When I book a cruise DreamTrip, are there pre planned excursions?

When booking a cruise DreamTrip there are suggested excursions for WorldVentures members that are at an additional cost but may be discounted from the standard cost. Some cruise lines allow pre-booking of excursions on their website and some do not. You can also book excursion in your back office.

What if I have special diet requirements or need wheelchair assistance?

If you have special diet requirement or need wheelchair assistance the DreamTrip Specialist can make those arrangements for you upon the actual booking of the DreamTrip.

How much luggage am I allowed?
Answer
If you are flying to a destination or cruise port, the airlines dictate the amount of luggage that you may check and carry on. The rules are changing due to the rising costs of fuel, so check with your individual carrier prior to departing. Some airlines are already charging $25 for a second checked piece of luggage and as much as $100 for luggage over 50 lbs.

For air inclusive DreamTrips, can I use miles to upgrade to first class?

For air inclusive DreamTrips you cannot use miles to upgrade to first class; by doing so you risk the cancellation of the booking altogether by the airline.

For air inclusive DreamTrips you cannot get a discount to fly first class. WorldVentures is bound by a contract with a wholesaler for coach seating only, unless otherwise specified.

Flight times are subject to change at any time. If you miss your flight, it is your responsibility for making new arrangements and to pay the difference in the cost of the ticket.

Can I upgrade my accommodations at a resort or on a cruise?

We discourage this request strongly. If you do want an upgrade however, you will be charged for the difference for the upgrade. You are not allowed to secure it yourself with the resort or cruise line prior to departure or once arriving with the WorldVentures name or credentials.

You cannot go on a cruise after your second trimester (6 MONTHS).

When booking an international DreamTrip or one that required a valid passport your name must be the name, which appears on your passport and birth certificate.

What if I gave the incorrect name or spelling upon booking the DreamTrip that requires a valid passport?
Answer
If you submit an incorrect name or spelling upon booking a DreamTrip that requires a valid passport you will be charged a fee that is passed on from the resort or cruise line. Changes can incur charges upwards of $100. No name changes are allowed 30 days or less prior to departure.

WorldVentures Representatives are expressly forbidden to conduct or solicit WorldVentures business while on a DreamTrip. You and your guests are bound by the Professional Etiquette Agreement not to discuss any business with non-members while on a DreamTrip. This specifically includes all employees and staff of the resort, hotel, cruise line, etc. WorldVentures has negotiated special pricing through relationships with our preferred vendors and any solicitations of fellow guests by WorldVentures Representatives risks damaging these relationships. Above all, remember it is a vacation. After the DreamTrip, you may share your experiences, photos, etc. with whoever you choose.

Is there a WorldVentures representative on DreamTrips?

There is a WorldVentures representative (DreamTrip Host) on many of our DreamTrips and you will be provided their name and room/cabin number in an email or by US mail prior to departure. We do not provide a host on Mini, Sport Packages, Hotel Getaways and Resort Getaways due to the size of the group.

There are usually WorldVentures group activities scheduled on DreamTrips. You will be informed by email and/or US mail details of the customary welcome table (not on cruises), meet and greet hour, and a group photo. These are designed as 2, 3 or 4 day get-a-ways that will have no agenda, itinerary or DreamTrip host. However, you will just like DreamTrips receive an automated response immediately informing you that we have received your request and a booking ID. Then you will receive an email confirmation indicating the amount in which your credit card has been charged, along with any instructions or information that the specialist feels you need to know immediately.
30-45 days prior to your DreamTrip you will receive a Professional Etiquette Agreement by email with instructions of how to return signed to WorldVentures.
30-45 days prior, the DreamTrip Concierge staff will mail to the address provided upon booking, a detailed and exciting folder of information regarding the DreamTrip.

What can I expect on an International DreamTrip?

If air is included a WorldVentures host and a local English speaking guide will be involved throughout your trip. The itinerary varies but some meals, sight seeing tours, transfers, trains, charter air from a specified airport are included. A group photo will be taken during the trip. However, due to the nature of being in a group atmosphere most of the trip a welcome table and meet and greet will not be necessary. If the International package does not include air a Welcome Table will be set up on the day of your arrival, no meet and greet will be necessary.

A Super Mini DreamTrip is 3 day 2 night week end get-a-way to some of the most popular destinations within the United States. The Members that will go on these trips will live close to the destination and just want to take a couple of days to relax.

A "sizzle" text message contains an extremely discounted DreamTrip deal that is only offered and available to members of the DreamTrip Mobile VIP Club. You must receive the text message in order to book the Sizzle Deal DreamTrip. Sizzle deals are only available for booking for 24 hours after the text message is released, so you must act fast! These deals are non-refundable and there will be no host provided on this type of DreamTrip.

A DreamTrip sale or discount text message is an offer relating to current DreamTrips that are available on the DreamTrip website. If you would like more information regarding a specific text message you received there are different procedures, depending which type of text you received. The majority of the time this information will be given in the body of the text message. However, for Sizzle Deals you will always reply "SIZZLE" and another text message will be sent with further details and a contact person. For Sizzle Deals your contact will always be Larry Woodward at lwoodward@rovia.com. He will provide you with a booking form and any additional information you may need to know. For DreamTrip Deals and Discounts you may reference the specific DreamTrip banner on the website and should you have any additional questions you can contact the agent listed on the banner.

Why can't I find the DreamTrip banner for the sizzle deal that was sent out?

The sizzle deals are not posted on the DreamTrip website, so you will not find a DreamTrip banner for any of the sizzle text messages that are sent to you. You have to contact Larry Woodward, at lwoodward@rovia.com, and he will email you a reservation form and details.

Who is allowed to sign up for the DreamTrips sent out via text message?

Only Mobile VIP members will be allowed to sign up for Sizzle Deals sent out via Text Message. However, the DreamTrip Deals and Discounts are available to all DreamTrip Members.

When I reply "sizzle" for more details, why do I not get a response back?
Answer
If you reply "SIZZLE" to a text message you have received from 77007 and you do not get a response, it means that the Sizzle Deal has expired and it is no longer available for booking.

I have signed up to become a DreamTrip Mobile VIP, why am I not receiving text messages?
Answer
There are multiple reasons that could cause you to not receive text messages after you believe you have successfully signed up. If you are a Metro PCS customer you will not be able to become a Mobile VIP because Metro PCS does not allow this type of service. Also, if you are on the National Do Not Call List the text messages sent from 77077 will not be allowed. You will have to be taken off of this list in order to receive text messages. Another problem could be that your current plan from your service provider does not allow text messaging or you could have a refurbished phone that was put on the National Do Not Call list by the previous owner. If none of these are the case, please contact your cell phone provider for additional help.

How Do I unsubscribe from the DreamTrip Mobile VIP Service?
Answer
In order to unsubscribe you need to text the word "STOP" to the number, 77077. Once you have done this you will no longer receive text messages for DreamTrip deals, discounts and updates. If you would like to sign back up again you simply follow the instructions given in the first section.
